Portrait Demo

We are focusing on portraits in watercolor for the next two weeks in class. This is the demo from a photo I painted. Palette is French Ultramarine Blue-Raw Sienna-Burnt Sienna-Scarlet Lake, paper is 140# CP Fabriano Artistico. Enjoy!

I am so glad you posted this fabulous painting. It was an honor to watch you paint, create, problem-solve and, in the end, celebrate a well-executed and heart-felt painting! ....(interrupted with questions and comments, and oooo's and aaah's along the way, all of which you handled amazingly well, with grace and totally un-flustered!)
