Frisco Marina demo

This was the first painting of the morning. We had a few challenges,
first off the red boat sailed off and then the wind came and stayed.
That is truely " plein air" painting!

River and Rock demo

I drew a section of the river with a waterproof fine tip marker and
then added watercolor. A 6 X 8" cold press watercolor block was my
painting surface.

Quick portrait demo

A pencil contour and watercolor painted on cold press paper.

"Zen" with the pen demo

This was completed on hot press paper with the contour drawing first,
then watercolor added.

Demo of the day - Breckenridge

This is my demo painted on the Blue River. I do a value sketch, a
color cross hatch and then the beginning stages of a watercolor
painting.
